The TBP Process
1: GET ACQUAINTED
This is one of my favorite parts of the process. I love getting to know you—how you met, your proposal story, your lives together, and how you envision your wedding day. These conversations allow me to understand what truly matters to you, so I can thoughtfully plan and ensure every detail supports your vision. The more I learn about you, the more authentically your love story will be reflected in your final gallery.
2. Save the Date
This is when we’ll go over your collection in detail and make sure it includes everything you need to bring your vision to life. Together, we’ll curate a personalized package that aligns perfectly with your day and priorities. I’ll then send you a custom online proposal to review and sign. Once it’s completed, your date is officially reserved—and you’ll be an official TB couple. So exciting!
3: ENGAGEMENT SESSION
This is where the fun really begins. Once your contract is signed, we’ll schedule your engagement session—a relaxed, easygoing shoot designed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. It’s the perfect time for us to connect, shake off any nerves, and get you feeling confident and natural together. By the end, you’ll feel like pros. Your images will be delivered in an online gallery and featured on the blog.
4. Timeline Talk
About six weeks before your wedding, we’ll connect to create a custom photography timeline tailored to your day. Every wedding is different, and I love thoughtfully planning an agenda that allows your day to unfold smoothly while ensuring nothing meaningful is missed. From details and portraits to family moments and candid celebrations, I’ll help design a timeline that captures every beautiful part of your story—without feeling rushed.
5. Wedding Day
Your wedding day is here. This is your time to relax, be present, and fully enjoy every moment while I take care of the rest. I approach your wedding as a complete story, capturing it naturally from beginning to end at an unhurried pace. The day will move quickly, but I’ll help guide you so nothing feels rushed and every meaningful moment is thoughtfully preserved. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your wedding day.
6. Gallery & Album
After the celebration, you’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery featuring all the images from your day. I always encourage my TB couples to turn the gallery delivery into a moment—open a bottle of wine or bubbly, put on your favorite music, and relive the day together. If you’ve chosen an album, you’ll also receive a custom-designed layout to review and approve, completing the experience with a timeless heirloom you’ll cherish for years.
